Baraka's dry lupini beans are the raw, uncured form requiring a multi-day soak and rinse process to remove their natural bitterness before they become the firm, nutty snack lupini beans are known for. A high-protein, high-fiber staple across Mediterranean and Middle Eastern households, especially popular for home curing traditions.

Soak in water for several days, changing the water daily, until the bitterness mellows. Finish in a light brine and refrigerate before eating.
