Crescent’s freekeh is young green wheat that’s been roasted and cracked, giving it a distinctive smoky, nutty flavor and a chewy, satisfying bite. A traditional Levantine staple, freekeh works beautifully as a base for pilafs, soups, and stuffings, or simply as a hearty side in place of rice
