Al Afia's grape leaves are cleaned and preserved in a light saltwater brine, ready to rinse and stuff. A Mediterranean staple used to wrap rice, meat, or vegetarian fillings into dolma and warak enab, one of the most beloved dishes across the region.

Rinse briefly to remove excess brine, then fill, roll, and simmer until tender. Serve warm with lemon, or chilled as a light appetizer.
